late yesturday arfternoon my sinus's have been really bad...I had been taking Sudafed, but it don't seem to be working...ive tried cold and flu's and this time there not doing anything for it..

a couple of people have said go to the doc and get some antibiotics, But as I'm the "pill" I don't want to risk taking antibiotics..So what other tablets work or even home remedies that may work..

Have you tried a nose spray like Otrivin etc?

It have been told they work best if you use the Fess spray first.

I am suffering the same as you. Have been suffering since Wednesday last week, thought I was getting better this week than BAM I am sick again today.

I cant take cold and flu meds (cant have psuedoephdrine sp?) so I take polaramine (sp?) that helps dry up the nose and also Ease a Cold tablets (just natural stuff)

I used to take the Demazin sinus tablets. They're pretty potent.

Maybe look into getting a Neti pot. I don't have one myself but I have heard such good feedback from people with sensitive sinuses and with allergies and hay fever etc.

Drug free too, so it won't affect your consciousness or ability to concentrate.

I don't know of any medications as such as I don't suffer from sinus problems. But I have heard Ear Candeling is REALLY good for sinus', my mum had it done for that reason and it worked wonders.

Good luck:)
