Abdominal pain at 14 weeks

I'm 14 weeks pregnant on my fifth pregnancy ( So you think by know I'd know it all ) Since this morning I've experienced period type pain all day. I vomited this morning, Only once. The pain eased slightly this afternoon when I took two panadol & lay down but know it's back again and while it's not severe it's uncomfortable & increased a bit when I bend or stretch. I've had no spotting or bleeding just the usual discharge which has been white. I don't remember ever having this before. My friend suggested it may be a tummy bug or my uterus growing.

Can any offer any suggestions or explanations.

I'd be prone to think it's a bug as well.

If it was something nasty, you would expect to have bleeding as well. Can you pop into the Doc tomorrow to get checked out just to ease your mind before the weekend ?

I would say, unless you start to bleed, it is your uterus growing, I had around the same time as you, mine was so bad I ended up in hospital with suspected miscarrage, lucky it went away by it self, after freaking me and DH out compeltly. (of course it has now come bcak to hunt me but it is OK, I am not freaking out this time).

if your worried get it checked out, it will ease your mind. i have cramping still as well, and freak out, but i figure if it last a long time then its not a contraction, could be gas as well:o

Probably just your uterus coming out of yoour pelvis or it could be BH Ive read they are stronger with each pregnancy. But if you are worried ring you OB/midwife and see what they think. You can never be to careful. Hope you feel better soon.
