I was just wondering what people thought were better in cloth nappies so I can narrow down my search a little! One size fits most style or different sizes?
I'm guessing the one size fits most would be more cost affective but I don't want to buy a bunch and realise they don't work so well and it ends up costing me more in the long run.
Thanks

Oh and I forgot to ask if people think the AIO's are better or ones that need covers?

Ideally I would choose OSFM in an AIO. Pocket, too so if you want to you can stuff more layers in. :)

If you do go ones that need covers, keep in mind that you don't have to spend tons of money on the inside for pretty patterns.

I would be super disappointed if I bought a colourful nappy and it needed to be covered up.

I have both OSFM and sized naps. I think sized is a must for a good night nappy. Sized also fit nicely under jeans etc. But i love OSFM when you get a cute one they don't grow out of it. I love my retro flowers Dandy Bumz because they keep looking good on DD2 and she wont outgrow them.

Both have a place. If you are just starting out then get a few different options and see what you like before you buy heaps on one thing.

Personally i think pockets are much better than AIO as you can customise absorbency.

i LOVE my AI2's simply because they are CUTE and you can customize your absorbancy AND they dry quickly!! i have OSFM AI2's and then a few funky fitteds and knitted wool soakers which i LOVE!! they are so cute and GREAT for around the house because u dont need to wash the wool covers as often as everything else:D makes day nappy changes GREAT and it means she always has something "on" lol:p

Thanks everyone....I know I want cloth nappies but I think I just need someone to tell me what to buy and give me a good price for it hahaha.
I want to spend under 30 per nappy and be able to use it without needing any extras! is that possible?
ittibitti's seems good and so do peapods...there's so many to look at!!

Dandy Bumz OSFM are $25 for plains and $30 for prints and that includes the insert so good value for money i think.

Be careful, some pockets don't come with the insert, inserts are extra.

Beware Peapods are cheap for a reason.
