Okay, so I have 11 weeks and four days til our wedding, so realistically I can say lose 11 kilos, by just eating healthy and exercising, do you think I can lose more?
If so how?
Tell me:pplease...oh and starving is not an option!

WELL ;) in the first few weeks of a new eating and exercise regime you tend to lose bigger numbers than you start to even out. In my first 10 weeks I lost about 15-16kgs. So it is possible but 1kg a week is more realistic.

the first couple of weeks u lose your water weight. whats been kept there from fluid? cutting out unnessecary salt from your diet will help with that, and drinking plenty of water


but after the first 2 weeks or so if ur losing more then 1 - 2 kilos per week its probably because ur starving your body and it will be double easy to put it back on

Oh yay, I really would be happy to lose 40kg, but you know 11 weeks is a bit too quick:laughing:

My Mum is making my dress, so no problem there! Plus I am not a skinny person, I will be a plus sized bride, 10kg off me is not a huge amount.

Thanks, I have started a healthy eating plan, just being more conscious about what I eat etc, heres hoping.

When I started to lose weight I lost about 9kg in the first month so hopefully it will be the same for you! You've got fantastic motivation to stick to a healthy eating plan and exercise so I'm sure you'll achieve at least 11kg!! Good luck :yelclap:

Well I have a healthy shopping list ready for my groceries this week. I have meal plans worked out, and exercise is started.
I do not expect to lose like 100kg or anything, but just a little so I can feel sexier you know?:o
