Measles in pregnancy

Can anyone help.

I had to take my eldest to casualty on Monday. I just got a call from the dr to say there was a child in the dept at the same time who has now been diagnosed with measles. My children are immunised but I was last immunised as a child so they want me to receive someone elses antibodies tomorrow due to the fact I am pregnant.

I have rung delivery suite who will discuss with infection control and get back to me in the morning.

Does anyone know about these antibodies or the risk with measles when pregnant? :confused:
