How to get a 1yo to stop hair pulling and pinching

Anyone got any ideas on how to stop a one year old for pulling my hair or pinching me? I mean it's funny when he yanks at his Daddy's chest hair :devil6: but not so funny when he yanks at my fringe. To date we've just been giving stern "no, gentle hands" but 10 mins later he does it again. It's usually when we're having a cuddle or I'm holding him.

Suggestions anyone?

my daughter is one and she does it to. you cant STOP them. they dont know "no" and stop yet
just be consistent. that is the key. everytime he does it say NO! and move baby away. if you husband laughs its encouragment to do it. laugh is fun growl isnt fun.
move him away as soon as he does it he will learn. my hubby lets emmy do it and plays like that so for us its harder. she hurts me alot

Yup:yes: Be consistant...we would say "NO" and move the hand and then I'd touch her face gently and say "Gentle"....they get it in the end.
