what time does your baby go to bed

Hi i just was wondering what time you place your baby to sleep im starting a routine with my daughter and i thought of putting her down at 8.30pm is that to late for her age ideas, please are trying to get her in her own cot at moment she has been sleeping with us and i just need space she takes up the bed shes such a mover...
1st night was last night and she had her day nap in her cot but at night she cried and cried for about 20 mins, i felt really bad but going to try agian tonight

i have always put DS to bed at about 7pm- i have two older kids they go to bed at 8.30.- that way we have time for the older two and then time to ourselves before 10.30 dreamfeed and then bed

We put DS to bed about 6:30-7:00 and he sleeps until 6:00, he also has 2x 2hr sleeps during the day.

Normally around 7, sometimes 630 depending on what time she wakes from her arvo nap. She will have a dream feed around 1030-11pm

Anyways...:) Both kids (DS is 2yrs 3mths) go to bed at 7pm. In my quest to make DS a better sleeper I have read, in more places than one, that between 6:30 and 7:30pm are the "optimal" times. I like it because it gives DH and I time to enjoy our dinner and settle in to watch some tv... the drawbacks are that the kids don't have dinner with us and if you are out past 7pm the kids are ratty... I guess the point I am trying to make is that it needs to suit your lifestyle too. Good luck with getting her to sleep in her own cot, consistency is meant to be the key - still doesn't make it easy though!

5.30- 6.00, I have tried to keep him up later but he gets too upset, ATM he only had one day sleep in the morn for 1hr!! and wakes for BF midnight and gets up at 6.30.

Our aim is between 6.30-7.00 pm depending on when she wakes from her arvo nap. She is getting her molars atm so has been a bit harder at getting of to sleep. She was self settling from 11 months but now needs a little cuddle and a few songs before she drifts of:sleeping:.

DD goes to bed between 6 -7 pm and wakes between 7-7.30 am.
