Hi Girls
I am finally back from our 5 week holiday over in the USA. I am let down as I thought maybe the break would give us a BFP...not so. This month is 9th month of TTC so I am getting less and less positive and more upset when AF arrives. I have had 26 day cycles give or take one day and my LH surge has been day 12 for the past 9 months so I fear DH may have a swimmer issue. We have an appt with the FS for the first time on the 15th and would love to know what to expect for our first appt. Before the holiday my GP arranged a pelvic ultrasound and the results came back with normal ovaries, tubes etc so I am at a loss. I am 36 and DH 46 so here's hoping we won't be 90yo parents LOL..:hugs:

Hi there! Firstly :hugs: - this TTC journey is NOT fun!!!! It does sound like everything is Ok with you so may be an issue with DH....but...I would expect blood tests for both of you......and a lot of them!!!!...DH will probably be required to have an analysis done. They may take your pelvic ultrasound results or they may ask to do another one for their own records.

Make a list of all your questions before you go or you'll forget. Good luck and :fingerscrossed: you get your BFP soon.

thank-you for the best wishes. I shouldn't complain given we haven't commenced the roller coaster of IVF yet and 9 months of TTC isn't a long time given some of our members. Just ironic that for 11 years of marriage we tried not to get pregnant. I am hoping you get your BFP and keep me posted.
