has anyone else had trouble getting a 2 yr old to sleep in a bed?

hi i have been trying to get my 2 yr old dd to sleep in a bed but she is just refusing. she has gone from sleeping 13-14hrs a night to maybe 4-5hrs. its driving me crazy!!
i put her in her cot last night as im pregnant and exhausted and she slept for 14 hrs.
can anybody give me advise or has someone gone through similiar?
