Hi
I run a mums and bubs group in Caringbah. It is for mums with a baby up to 18 months of age.
Very informal, not like a playgroup for older kids. Anyone welcome, Happy to answer any questions about it.:)

hi alex,
have you been in australia long? xmas was good but not the same without the cold weather! moved into new house xmas week so was very busy.
That would have been hectic, moving house and Christmas all in the same week! I've lived in Caringbah for almost 2 years, however I've been out here for 6 years now. I totally agree about Christmas and the cold weather, it's totally different. How are you settling in?

Hi girls
I had my little Sasha at Sutherland hospital but live at Panania. I would love to part of any invite if anyone gets anything together. I was too late to join the mothers group here due to Christmas and so have had to wait until middle of next month ! By that time Sasha is 12 weeks and Im going crazy :hair: because there are no other mums I can chat to :ecomcity: or share things with ?

Hi All
I run a new mums group each year, it is due to start again in Feb. It is on a Tuesday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm. It is mainly for 1st time mums but other mums are welcome if their other kids are in school or preschool. It is an informal group for mums to chat and have some time together. It is for newborns to 18months old. If you want any further information let me know.
Hi, I am very interested in joining your mothers group as I have a 10 week baby girl and not been able to find any groups in my area yet:confused: could you please provide me with detais of where you meet on Tuesday's ?

Hi everyone,
I have just moved to Loftus from Brisbane and have two beautiful girls; 18 mths and 2yrs+10 mths.
Does anyone know of a mum's group meeting in this area that will cater to both ages?
Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. It would be really helpful to speak with other mums about the best kindy's, doctors, shops etc! Not to mention a little adult company :)
Thanks!
Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Anne Marie,
Thanks for coming back! I found another thread on a sutherland shire mothers group. It was about 4 months old but there was an address (shirekids@hotmail.com) so I emailed for details. A really nice mum, Anita, has run the group for about 3 years. They get together every Thursday at around 10:30am. I went this week and most of the mums there were new. They were all really nice and I plan to go again next week.
If you want to email Anita on the above address, she can fill you in on the next months meeting places and times. It looks as though they mostly meet outside their homes (at bistros or playcenters). If that doesn't suit and you're looking more at meeting in parks, let me know. My girls love to be outdoors and it would be a great way to get to know the area!
Anyhow, hope to hear from you and have a great weekend!
Annie

Hi Anne Marie, a meet up sounds great to me, I work part time so a Thursday or Friday is pretty good. Have you heard of crazy-maze cafe in Engadine? Might be a good option if it is raining. Trying to figure out how to send you a private message with contact details etc.....Looking forward to meeting up, my little fella would enjoy the company too!
