View Full Version : So I did the "Citizenship Test" yesterday

And this was one of the first questions I got asked:

What is the Australian Currency ?

a) US Dollars
b) Pound Sterling
c) Australian Dollars

They only asked a couple history questions so the test is rather easy to pass if you understand English.

A colleague of mine recently passed his citizenship test and said pretty much the same thing.

He speaks very very little English but enough to get him by.

Really top guy from Japan.

Hilary said that the people who she spoke to in immigration were always surprised when she had correctly filled in a form in 10-15 minutes.

All the signs in the office were in 8 languages!

I'm happy to say Hilary is now a citizen but will always be a 'dirty' pom to me!
