Hi there

Im wanting some poems read at my daughters christening ceremony instead of the usual hymns. We are having a minister come to our house to perform the ceremony so it wont be a problem not to have hymns as part of it. Can anyone recommend a poem or two? it doesnt have to be religious but I would like something that welcomes her to the world.

I don't know how long/short you were wanting the poem but I found this one...

You’ve come to be christened,
too small still to know,
the wonder of God from whom all blessings flow
So trust in this moment little one and rest,
just know that you’re loved
and your life has been blessed.
