Can you tell me what it is?

When I lived in Brisbane I used to go to this lebanese kebab type shop and they had this dish that I reaaaally loved. I would really like to try and recreate it at home but have no idea what it is called or what the ingredients are:confused:

It was sort of like a stew, but it was served cold and it had eggplant, chickpeas, onion (I think), tomatoes(I think) and it was quite rich so I'm pretty sure it would have had olive oil or something similar.

Does anyone know what this dish might be?:detective:

I think it might be called Maghmour (sp?), which is an eggplant stew/casserole type thing. If you google Maghmour+recipe you should be able to find something (if I'm spelling it right!)
