Low Carb Recipes needed

Hi there,
I need some Low carb recipes as I have gestational diabetes and am struggling to come up with low carb meals for our family as we used to eat all the 'wrong things' for a diabetic!

I've just bought a recipe book with a heap but really want some more than you've used before so know turn out scrummy!

Or if you know any websites with specific low carb recipes or recipes for diabetics please let me know!

This web site was great when I had GD http://www.glycemicindex.com/ it really helped me work out the 'better' foods to eat.

I had a few good recepies and will hunt them down when I get a chance.

good luck - when I follow the low carb - low GI diet I actually lost weight during the last trimester (still healthy) but goes to show how much c**p we were eating.
