No more Amolin???

I live in Canberra and have been using the Amolin Clothes washing liquid for sensitive skin, and have found it to be a fantastic product. Now I find is has been discontinued in Coles and Woolworthes, and I can't buy it. Has anyone else had this problem or is it something just in the Canberra stores?
I've just contacted the company by email to try and get some answers, but thought I'd post aswell, because I know a lot of people whose little ones have eczema recommened this product to other mums.

I'll be very sad if I have to switch to something else, as I love the smell, the price and the effectiveness of this washing liquid, and don't understand why they wouldn't sell it anymore :confused: :crying:

I bought some yesterday in Woolies in Brisbane. Good luck hope they reply to you and suggest other stockists.

Interesting. Maybe I'll just have to ask my local wollies directly to keep stocking it. Although I don't know how much one person can influence anything :thumbsdown:

u can still get it down here in geelong victoria. i used to buy it when DS has eczema :) its great stuff:smiliedance:

My mum bought me some from a different Woolworthes yesterday, maybe it's just my local Coles that isn't stocking it anymore. Thanks for your replies :thumbsup:

Hi there I just noticed the same but almost a year or more later!!! I went to Woollies (Safeway) as have been using on my sons clothes for their entire lifespan thus far! Don't want to stop using but yesterday a line was through ticket and she confirms discontinued. This is in Perth WA. Since you posted this, have you any new info for me? Eg. Are they replacing it? Thanks :-)

Hey Louise, last week a friend of mine emailed the company that makes it (Bayer perhaps?) and they replied and said it has been discontinued :(

Devastated! I love Amolin. I went to get some from Coles the other day but it wasn't there. My local Woolies has never stocked it. Anyone know a great alternative product? I love the smell of Amolin as well. :(

I use Softly and haven't had any issues. Also another great one to try if have eczema is lux flakes, smells wonderful, my mother used this for me as a kid and was the only thing that could be used on my clothes due to ezcema, however the draw back is you have to melt the flakes in boiling water before adding it to your wash which is time consuming.
