well girls, it was just me and cora today! but we still had a nice time catching up:yes: next meet up i'd like to grab your email addy's so i can send you the info that way:) also depending on who comes and who is interested in continuing the meets we might decide on another day to hold it if it suits us all better? just depends...although if everyone is still happy with it being a monday then thats fine:D we can work it all out next fortnight which is monday the 11th of August will let you all know via PM where it will be held closer to the time:thumbsup:

Aimee is starting day care on Mondays and Wednesdays, she goes to Brightstars on Tuesdays.
I can still do Mondays but it would be without Aimee.
SO I am good for
MONDAY - without Aimee
WEDNESDAY - without Aimee
THURSDAY - with Aimee
FRIDAY - with Aimee.

I'm still in, my DH has Monday and tuesday off, so we do tend to plan to do things together on these days, but normally I can still make it in the morning anyways!

Other than that, any day is good for me. can't promise I will ever be on time though!!! :laughing:

Hi girls, sorry I had to pull out at the last minute....I didn't even get my cleaning done, Jordyn is now teething, OMG :eek: and has a runny nose with it so I have been having a very grumpy, clingy little girl for the past few days...I'm so :sleeping:

I will be there for the next meet - Mondays and Fridays are best for me but I work Tues, Wed, Thurs so wouldn't be able to make it if the day was changed to one of those :no:

Hi ya girls,

Sorry, I've been MIA lately too.... I went to the "New Parent Group" last Monday at Coorparoo Health Clinic, it was good - more of an info session though, rather than a girly get to together (which I would prefer).... That particular course goes for 4 weeks apparently, so I would miss the next bub hub meeting if it was to stay on Monday...

So - I'll put my vote in to change to a Friday if that's the majority concensus? Otherwise, I'll catch up with you guys in around 4 weeks, once this parent group at the clinic has finished!

I wouldn't have been able to come on Monday anyway I don't think - little Lachie is really sick at the moment! I think his big brother brought home a head cold from his school camp the other week in Canberra (brrrr)... Poor little mite is so stuffed up & his little eyes are all weeping and sad... He still manages the odd little giggle and smile for his mummy though, which melts the hear! So NZ Mel - I feel your pain at the moment - I haven't had more than an hours sleep at once since about Thursday last week :sleeping:... I'm truly living on the edge at the moment - "come home husband.... pleeeeeease!"

hahaha id be a bit worried about what brayds would teach Justin!! the things hes picking up from daycare at the moment are insane!! :laughing: but nah im sure they would have a ball together! add Aimee (and Sophia?) into the mix and woahhhh!! lol :D

looks like its gonna be friday meets then? fridays are great for us, boring home day usually :D

maybe i should copy the list over to here about what dates etc at whos house...

acutally would it be better to get everyone to pm me their address and ph number (if your comfortable with everyone in our group having it of course) and ill put a list together so that we all have each others phone numbers and addresses? then ill do a list on whos house it is at on each date?

let me know what you all think, if everyone agrees ill do them up and give them out at the next meet :)

anyone else keen to add to the list go for it, bare in mind i want to do it so we rotate between these houses fairly consistently...of course if you cant do it one time or something dont stess:)

Thats fine with me. I dont think my house is particularly toddler proof as Aimee never touched the cooker or went into a cupboard so nothing is locked or anything, but I recon its safe enough cause its only one level and you can pretty much see the whole house from the sitting area. The kids can play int he playroom anyway, there is enough toys there to entertain them.

Although...... he he.. Friday week is out for me (can you make it the one after :o)... It's my 1 year wedding anniversary and DH & I are going to spend 2 nights at Crystal Creek (just south of the GC)... We have a luxury rainforest lodge with fireplace and indoor & outdoor spa, gourmet kitchen, king bed etc etc... Am I making you jealous yet?? :laughing:.... I am soooooo looking forward to it as I still haven't slept for days... Just hope hubby doesn't mind if I walk in there, crank up the fire and curl up & go to sleep for 3 days hehe!

Anyway - I'm only joking guys... I'll catch up on the following Friday meet if you are all keen for next Friday...

Hi Girls,

Sorry I've been MIA for a few weeks. Been back at work and already off sick!!! Paige is only sleeping for three hours at a time and DH is working night shift so I have to get up to her and then get to work in the mornings.

Add me to the Friday meets and I will try to get time off work to come. I can't offer my place at the moment as we are still trying to get downstairs tiled. :hair:
