false BFN ? ANYONE

Has anyone had a false BFN after AF was late. Its been about 6 1/2 weeks and showing all symptoms. Trouble is I have had a ligation. (clips) I know this is very rare but I feel pregnant. And I have done 2 tests but NEG.
Mybe its early menapause. I am 27

Im not sure, go get a BT if ur unsure. I'm sure a HPT would show up positive if u were 2 weeks late, but then again.. if u have symptoms??

Yeah, go get a blood test, just to confirm either way!

I was as sick as a dog & couldnt shake this 'virus' i had so then started wondering if i was pg again as i was sick like this with Boof.

All 3 HPT's ( same packet though ! ) showed BFN & had some light bleeding so thought ok not pg but was still sick as a dog.

Went to g.p who sent me for a BT which came back BFN. Was advised that if i didnt get AF in the following weeks or was still like this then i was to come back again !

Soooo 6wks 'late' i was back at g.p who said bugger it lets just get you to PIAC & see what happens this time .... Instant BFP !!!!!! So went off for u/s that arvo to see that yep i was between 6-8wks !

Have you just come off the pill? I had the same things and was even vomiting, went up a bra size but had constant BFN's. After blood tests and a U/S, the doc thinks its my body reacting to being off the pill, a big surge of hormones until things balance out again.

I'd definately go to the docs though and get a BT if a couple more HTP's are still BFN. :fingerscrossed: you get the result you're after!

AF stands for 'Aunt Flow' and PCOS is 'Polycystic Ovary Syndrome'. HTH
