mcn's for a newborn

What mcn's are best for a newborn bub?? Our little one will be arriving in the middle of summer so I would like some cute show-off nappies with just a singlet or little t-shirt.

I have nothing for a newborn as we only started using them with DS after he turned 1 and everything I bought was in the larger sizes.

I will get some bummis small covers for over them
i have green kids osfa
baby beehinds bamboo fitteds
baby beehinds magicalls
cute tooshies bamboo delights
berry plush aio
itti bitti delish aio

i think thats all i have for now

I'm loving my Cherub's Kiss Honeyboys! for Connor. They're fantastic, absorbent enough for sleep times (although I do add a greenkid's bamboo booster just to be sure), trim enough for under any outfit, and very very cute.

We have the bambino mio prefolds which are great for newborn, but i too NEED show off nappies, so far i have some itti bitti d'lish. But i want boy or girl ones and didnt find out sex, so will order some as soon as i have bubby!

Prefolds and covers are probably the best way to go with a newborn. You can get some really cute covers!

I have bambino mio prefolds and covers, little koala prefolds,bummis and tooshies covers, itti delish AIO and bumgenius AIO.....so far.......:)

chloetoes AI2s are great for newborn show offs with a Tshirt. They are designed to sit across the hips so dont irritate the delicate umbilical area of a newborn. They also come as covers and fitteds and AIOs as well that look good- but I've never actually tried any of them. I also wouldn't use mine as a night nappy though its great for day use. Have a look at nappiescovered if you are interested.

I think the best show off nappies for a NB are bubblebubs. Our bubblebubs was always on our NB when we went out so people could look at her cute red fleece butt.

Itti bittis are good show off ones too.

I would say bubblebubs too, and itti delish. The bubblebubs are also easy for when grandparents who are scared of MCNs are on baby-minding duty!!
