HELP !!!! I need to find a Teddy Bear ornament thingy !!!!

HELP ME PLEASE I BEG YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I desperately need to find a teddy bear ornament .... Would love pewter but that can be dealt with if it isnt with a can of spray paint ;)

I am going to make a cake similar to this one (http://www.pinkcakebox.com/images/cake221.jpg) for Squeaks Birthday & Blessing day & i need a bear to top it !!!!

Ive hunted through the shops to no avail over the last few weeks & im getting stressed now !!!!!

The idea is that its something decent not too pricey but something that can be a keepsake iykwim !

Anyone with ideas i will love you for life !

Those cheap stores like sollys, warehouse, crazy clarks etc always seem to have a heap of figurines-but I doubt they are very good quality :(

Go to one of those little tobacco stores in shopping centres they have things like flasks, pewter money boxes etc and ornaments.

spotlight have similar bears tgo this but they are blue - like you said you could spray paint it:D

I've got no teddy bear help, but Ally, that is one fancy pants cake... It's just beautiful.

If you have a Teddy Bear Shop near you they stock lots of knick-knacks of that kind. Not identical, but lots of different trinkety type things.

Or other gift shops like Cardeaux, Cardiology, etc.

Ive tried all gift shops, tobacco places & the jewellery stores etc like Prouds & Bevilles near me ... Was my first port of call cause i used to work at Prouds at one stage heh.

I cant believe when i know you used to be able to get these sorts of thigs everywhere that cause i need one i cant bloomin well find it :hissy:

Will get my mum to hunt this week otherwise i may be calling on your services Beany !
