Tomorrow we have a party to go to (our mothers groups combined 1st birthday for all the bubs) & MJ is going to show off her Greens Nappy :smiliedance:

My question is whats better to stuff them with, a microfibre booster on its own, a disposable pad on its own or a combo of the two? I also have a booster of 2 layers of hemp french terry and one layer flannel. How do you stuff yours for a 4-5hr period during the day?

I do have a hemparoo but silly me put it on MJ tonight

Also while i'm here, I was given some cleaning cloths that are 70% polyester, 30% polymide - are they microfibre? If they are, i've got more boosters :yelclap:

Thanks

I fold my hemp boosters into 3rds and place a microfibre also folded into 3rds on top. So from baby out it's the liner, microfibre, hemp, PUL.

Have a great time RB.

For our days out i usually use a microfibre with a small hemp insert but a lot of the times i just use my microfibre insert alone but that will only last me 3hrs tops when sitting for too long. So maybe two microfibre will do the job im not sure actually maybe the hemp terry with the microfibre may be the go ?
Anyways have a great time :D

I was wondering about microfibre and regular covers too, thanks for beating me to it  So its ok to just have a liner between bub & a microfibre booster?

Absolutely, a mircrofibre should never be touching bubs, it drys out theri skin too much.

just to add to what harry's mum said - I only use microFLEECE agains bubs skin... and yes it is ok to put fleece between bubs and anything other than other fleece (two layers of fleece together is a no no ... will not absorb )
