What can I make with turkey mince? I was thinking of using it in a lasagne or bolognese but not sure how its gonna taste!
Any ideas would be good, thanks.

I like turkey mince. I find it tastes better than chicken mince sometimes as it has more flavour.
What about some burgers, patties or rissoles?
Lasagne or Bolognese would also be nice.
If you like Asian food, you could try san choy bow or pad thai.

Another turkey mincer - like me.... good choice turkey mince is a very lean meat:thumbsup: I use it in place of beef, or lamb... pasta sauces, cottage style pie (I made one of those this afternoon.
Some people find it more of an acquired taste, but I like turkey so what the hek!:D

I make sausage rolls with mine!! The kids love them... grated carrot, grated sweet potato, onion (zap it in the microwave), grated cheese, blend it all together, and wrap in puff pastry...

turkey mince is yummy in a lot of things though i don't seem to like it in bolognaise but others obviously do. I have used it in taco's and nacho's and as a homemade pizza topping too. I like it in place of chicken in a lot of pasta bakes but prefer the cheesy/white sauces with it rather than the tomato ones.
