View Full Version : Can I re-cook and re-freeze?
I'm making a lasgna to freeze for another night. There's some leftover bolognese sauce in the freezer. Can I defrost that and add it to the sauce and re-freeze it?

Jax is right - you can't do that.
Freeze once, defrost once.

Defrost (ie meat), cook, freeze, when wanted defrost/heat and eat, no refreezing after that you may end up very ill:barf:
