panadol and breastfeeding

just wondering if i take panadol (even though its safe while breastfeeding) how long does it stay in my system.

ie if rubys asleep and i take panadol if she wakes up for a feed now will she get some through my milk?

Panadol is 100% safe so you do not need to worry about BFing with it in your system.

Though I would say it lasts between 4 and 6 hours.

From memory, it peaks at an hour and is more or less gone by 7.
