What do you have for lunch at work?

Lately I am at a loss for what to take to work for lunch. What do you take?

I'm not huge on soup and I'm over sandwiches.

I make up huge quiches,divide them up and freeze them.:chef:
A bit of side salad and you are set!!

i used to take a salad and a tin of flavoured tuna, that was yummo.

Both good ideas, though I've never cooked a quiche before. Any one else?

I cook up a big pot of soup and freeze in lunch size portions.
This week I've had ministrone soup and laksa for lunches.
