hi all

was wondering if any1 could help me..

i accidently underestimated DH income by $6000 - just logged his etax & just informed centerlink (via their website) that i dont need to lodge a tax return & 2 update a new estimate for the next financial year..

Our family tax A & B & rent assistance stays the same but do u think i will owe centerlink any money or recieve any of the supplement back?

Thanks in advance
:)

You will have to owe them as I don't think the supplement will cover an amount like that. You should know soon, it doesn't take long for them to reconcile with each other (ATO and FAO).
They will probably take like 20 bucks a fortnight out in repayments. All depending on what the income actually was.

dont quote me on this one but i heard you owe 300 bucks for every thous you over estimated
