Chicken Pox and TTC (how long to wait)

Hello Ladies,
Well luckily we arent starting to TTC until mid next month, however ive been feeling run down for the last week or so and it appears today I know why, starting to get itchy red spots popping up today.....
I had chicken pox as a child, so thought I wouldnt get it as an adult again but seems I have. A man from work said its going around at the moment and his two daughters had it a couple of weeks ago.
Anyway once they clear up was wondering how long I should be leaving it to TTC??
Im off to the Dr's in the morning so im sure they can tell me but wanted to see what you ladies thought or what u know?

hehe thanks! Ive only got about 5 spots that im itching at the moment, not too sure if more will pop up or not might just be really mild cause ive had it, kind of feel its a waste going to the Dr's but doing it to keep on the safe side cause i know its not as good to get it as an adult.
