We bought our pram online from BananaBaby about a month ago, as we live in the country. Only problem we had was that the postage cost in the check-out was over $60 which i thought was excessive. I emailed them to confirm the cost and they told me it was a hiccup in the system and reduced the postage to about $29 which i thought was good considering we live so far away. The pram arrived within the week with no problems and we are very happy with it. The staff were courteous and happy to help with any questions. I had some delivery questions as we live on a farm and needed the pram to go to the local PO as couriers wont deliver to properties. It was not a problem for them. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again.
