Does anyone have any?
I have only bought them for the first time on the weekend and have no idea what to do with them. Was thinking of just sprinkling them with herbs and grilling them? Is turkey tough to chew? Should I slow cook it?

Turkey has virtually no fat, which is why it's a healthier option BUT it does mean that it will dry out very quickly whilst cooking and that is horrid. Wheen you roast for Xmas you soak it for days beforehand in a herby/spicey water and baste regularly whilst cooking.
You could steam them and then grill just to crispy up.
Slow cooking sounds good
I would make a casserole thingy layering potato, onion, tomato, and turkey with lotsa herbs ensuring ample juice usually from the tin tomatoes or adding some stock/water.
I just quickly pan fry them with a bit of olive oil in a non stick pan.
I either leave them plain or sprinkle them with a spice mix like harissa or mediteranean. If I'm feeling indulgent I'll pour a some cream over them at the last minute to make a bit of a sauce.
I LOVE turkey chops, but my supermarket has stopped stocking them :(
Oh and the secret to them not being tough is to let them rest after cooking.
I take them from the pan and put them between two plates to stay warm...for at least 5 mins.

thank you all :D I made them tonight with a bit of olive oil in the pan and rubbed all purpose seasoning and mixed herbs into them but my mother said that was the wrong lot of seasonings to use with turkey.
Thanks for the tip on the mediterranean spices!
I couldnt resist when I went shopping the tray of turkey chops (had like 25 or so chops in it) were $5!!
