Hi everyone

Has anyone got a quick and easy (I am TOTALLY useless in the kitchen....just ask my husband!) tuna cheesey pasta bake type recipe for the little ones?

My 18 month old is sooooooooo picky with her food and I'm sick of giving her the same stuff all the time. I had a cook book, but the friend that lent it to me has just taken it back so I'm at a loss.

Someone told me kids usually love pasta bakes so I thought I'd give it a try.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated :):D

Make a cheesy white sauce. (with Kraft block cheese for the littlies)

Add 1 tin drained tuna (salt reduced)
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 packet salt reduced chicken noodle soup
1 tin corn kernels (salt reduced)
as much cooked pasta as you need

Mix together and put into a casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs amd cheese and bake until hot and bubbly.

This can be quite salty so don't add any salt and used salt reduced products as much as possible.

I just make a cheese sauce and mix thru drained tinned tuna in springwater, cooked pasta and frozen peas and corn (chucked into pasta water right at the end.) Put in dish, sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes. Nice and simple. My DH loves it and I'm about to start giving it to DD.
