This may seem silly but my DS now almost 10 months has been in cloth nappies since birth. I just have the terry toweling flat nappies and never even thought there was anything else

I'm due in 9 weeks and will have two in nappies. I think I should purchase some MCN but have no idea where to start or what to get.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Seeing as you will have 2 in nappies I'd suggest some one size fits most (OSFM/All) pockets. These will adjust depending on the size of your baby and can be stuffed with bamboo, hemp microfibre or terry.

Or you could use the terry flats for home then just get some all in ones or twos (AIO/2) for going out. They're just as easy as disposables, the only extra you would need is a wetbag to put the dirty nappies in.

Knitted or woolen covers like shorties or longies are also really good covers for naptimes over terry flats or MCN or even for going out over a fitted or terry flat

There's soo many different options & every mum has different preferences, so it's a matter of deciding what's best for you. Check out the BubHub Directory, there's some links to some great sites there

Yes, i agree prob some OSFM pockets like Dandy Bumz, Bum Genius or Baby Kangas are prob a good idea. That way they will fit both kids.

You could continue to use the terry flats on your NB with good covers like Bummis as OSFM are a little bulky on a NB. Put your toddler into the OSFM. When NB grows a bit you can use the same ones for both kids.
