A new member here although Dh & I are not new to IVF :(. However, with the recent proposals in Vic regarding surrogacy we are trying to find a solution although am of the understanding that the actual legislation is still a way off being passed! Bummer for living in the wrong state!:confused:
Has anyone here managed to navigate the legalities/the logistics etc and have a GS in either Canberra or NSW ( as I understand these are the states that do allow it - within their rules etc)?
