Creamy Pasta Sauce

I need a recpie for a yummy creamy pasta sauce. I have browned some onion, garlic and chicken mince the cooked up some paste shells but now need a yummy sauce to go with it.

A made a basic carbonara a while ago with just onion, garlic, chicken, and cream. Also some salt and pepper to taste. It tasted pretty good. DS loved it.

thats what im cooking 2night - i just use a tin of light and creamy carnation milk with a bit of cornflour to thicken - tastes very naughty!

I just put it all in a pot (used thickened cream) and cooked it till it thickened. Then added salt and pepper to taste.

A little onion and garlic, fry till brown....reduce heat, add salt and pepper maybe mushrooms (i am a mushy nut lol) brown them off then add a tub of cream, simmer for 5-10mins stirring constantly. Roasted pumpkin cubes stirred through make it heaps nicer too

Oops I forgot to say that I have mushrooms in the with chicken mince :o

I'm been really lazy as I really don't want to go the shop for anything as DH is away right now and for some reason I don't want to take five kids with me :dizzy:

It wont be as creamy but if you add grated cheese it will work, i usually just get a knob of butter and twice the amount of flour, stir over a low heat till it forms like a crumbly mix add my milk then when it starts to thicken take it from the heat and throw in a handful of cheese over pasta its really yumm with onion and garlic mushies etc thrown in ps i do this for vola vants too
