I have a 15 week old daughter called Tyla and she is usually a very happy baby who sleeps and eats well, approx 1 week ago she got what appeared to be a cold, then it seemed to turn into a tummy upset, she started defecating alot more and the clour changed to a seaweed like clour, and she is also not sleeping well, she has gone from sleeping for 6-8hs at night to 2-3 hrs and is very hard to settle. The child health nurse did not seem too worried but I miss my sweet little girl and I am starting to worry as it has been over a week now. I am thinking of taking her to the Dr for peace of mind???

Absolutely - if you are at all concerned, definitely go to the docs and get her checked out. If for no other sake but for your own sanity. You dont' want to sit on your hands wondering....go!!

Take her. Changes in her normal self/personality can be important indicators when your little one is not well.

My little one became progressively more difficult to settle and less like the placid little girl who was originally there. TUrned out she had an allergy and was feeling quite unwell. Now, she's back to being an easy, personable and adorable 7 month old.
