You can snap just about anything.

Not sure how many layers of bamboo fleece it will snap but i comfortably do 2.

I reinforce eash snap individually as i want to keep the stretch in the PUL but you can reinforce with a panel like you would for velcro. No, don't have to reinforce tabs because you are going thru 2 layers, PUL outer and whatever inner you have to it reinforces its self.

Yes, it will snap MM fleece.

No sure on tutorials.

You need to work out snap placement. Making sure that the ones on the tabs line up with the ones on the tummy. You might need to measure on your pattern and work it out first then transfer markings to your cut fabric.

I use a panel of scrap microfleece behind my snaps. It keeps the stretch.

If I'm using an inner layer of PUL for a cute fleece or minkee nappy I dont use any additional reinforcing at all. the PUL and fleece is enough.
