Pain, has anyone had anything similar?

Over the last few weeks I have had pain shooting from my lower abodomen just below my belly buttom straight down through my crouch. It usually last for around 5 - 10 minutes and then passes. I have to lay down when ever it happens as I just can't walk or stand while it is happening. Last night it lasted for about an hour, I called the hospital and they just told me to take some painkillers, lay down and place a heat pack on but, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this. If it's normal or I should get it checked out?

I have had similar but mine one ever last for maybe a minute or two... it is called round lingament pain apparently! If this is your first PG it maybe worse, I remember last year with my #1 it was worse then this time!

sorry if this is TMI but does your pain shoot straight out through the very front of your Punani (didn't know how else to put it) to the back right near your A#$hole. To the point where I don't even want to sit as it is too sore.

Yep, I've had that, it's horrible! Not so much anymore, but up until a few weeks ago it was happening every day, along with those belly pains.

Does it last for ages?

last night i had some wicked cramps though at the bottom on my pelvis mainly on my right, they are sharp and stabbing then they get tight.

i hope they go away, might just be everything stretching and tweeking nerves in places you never knew you had nerves :laughing:

I did after I had Harry. I went to the GP and he he didnt know what it was, I dont think he believed me actually cause when he asked the level of paid out of 10 I said 10 +++.

Ended up calling 000 one night cause I thought I was going to pass out from the pain.

It was my gaulbladder. I thought it was after pains LOL.SO I stayed in hospital for 4 days and had it removed.

Go to a GP and ask for a referral for an ultrasound
