Too early for symptoms?

Hi girls. I'm a bit confused... I've been experiencing a metallic taste in my mouth all day - I know there's a number of reasons for this with pregnancy as one of them. I'm currently TTC, and think I would have ovulated last week (haven't paid too much attention as it's the first cycle after a m/c). Is it too early to experience this sensation for me to be pregnant?

I don't think its too early for symptoms. I think you can experience symptoms the day after conception.

well... I tested and it has the faintest faintest faintest line.... it's prob still a bit early so I'm going to try really hard to wait another week before testing again. I showed up early on a preg test with my first pregnancy so we'll see!!
