Is this CD1

Hi ladies,

I am unsure which day I should be counting as CD1. My cycle is 28 days (normally). On 7 July which is when my period was due I was not bleeding as such but losing brown fluid (sorry TMI) The following day I started to have a normal bleed, so do I count from the day I was losing the brown yucky fluid or the normal bleed?

Sorry if that was all too much info, I'm just a little confused.

Hey i thinks its a question we all ask!! I was told by my last fs that you count day one as the first day of red heavy flow!

Yep thats right. cd1 is the first day of full flow.

If your full flow starts in the afternoon, the next day is cd1
