Mum and I were talking last night how that I only have 3 more cycles til its been a year, Mum said 'atleast then you can get a referl to a gyn/fs' But I said I wasnt sure as although we have been TTC for 9mths, we did fall preg (but lost it) so I dont no if that counts.

So can someone tell me does 12mths TTC mean 12mths without getting preg or would the fact that I havent had a successful preg in that time count?

I would say the MC wouldn't restart your 12 months. But that is just my opinion. It still shows that you have been having issues. I'd tell the FS that when you get a referral. Good luck.:hugs:

You don't need to wait 12 months to see your doctor about fertility issues either :) As a rule of thumb anything up to 12 months of trying is considered "normal" but you could see a gyn/fs sooner if you think there could be problems.

I was able to conceive (and carry to term) my girls with the help of a brilliant naturopath who specialises in fertility. That's another option you might want to consider. You can see one of them at any time, they will help you to get your body into the best condition possible to conceive naturally.
