age gap

my gap between my two boys are 11mths and 3 weeks omg i must be so stupid :banghead: to have my boys that close but then the age gap between my first and second was 7 yrs

God I know what you mean! My son will be a month shy of turning two when the new baby comes.......so much for my plans of a nice 5 year gap.......and im not sure whether I should be wishing for a girl or boy!!

My first has just turned seven months and our next is due in November so were going to have a 12/13 month gap in between, Hopefully all will go well!!! Good luck to the other mums having bubs close!!:fingerscrossed: Would love to know what things mums who have gone their before us used to cope in those first few weeks!!!!

I have 15.5mths between my first two, then 5.5yrs between #2 and #3. The age gap with the first 2 was supposed to be at least 2yrs, we just didn't think I'd fall pregnant after a month seeing as it took 10mths to conceive our first child. Our third wasn't meant to be here at all, I was on the pill.


A 15mth gap isn't really that bad. It took me about 2wks to get into a routine. Change nappies at the same time, naps at the same time, feed the older one first while the younger one waits with a dummy in their mouth.

DS1 is 12 months 10 days older than DS2. I love having them so close, and the next one is due in September...at which time DS1 will be 2 years 2 months!
