Angry rash on neck

My DS is 4 months and has an angry looking rash around his neck, I'm assuming from his wet clothes and bib rubbing (we change him numerous times a day) Do you think we should aim to keep this rash dry with powder or coat it in nappy rash cream? Any mums had this problem?

DS and DD2 always got this too. I would wash it and pat it dry and then coat it with zinc cream. It would work really well.

Thanks Sam's mum, found some zinc oxide cream and the rash is pretty much gone!!! Thanks heaps

my DS gets that all the time.. I use bum cream on his neck.. so yeah, I second the zinc oxide cream.. glad it worked! :)
