how long can feta sit in your fridge for until its no longer good for using?!

I find that it tends to smell pretty funky with about a week or so. If it smells weird I throw it out.

thanks for that. its just gone a week now - i bought twice as much as i needed last week, but forgot about the leftover until today when i was cleaning my fridge out. smells ok but i might throw it out to be on the safe side
