Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control

AAARrrrggghhh I'm in a mess.

I really wanted to get my carpets cleaned, but strata (yes silly me I live in a unit, this will change in a few months!) decided that the building needed some pest control, and a bloke came and sprayed my unit.

Can I still get my carpets cleaned, or will it end up cancelling out the pest control?

The carpet looks gross, but I'd rather not have any creepy crawlies around either.

If you are planning on staying there then I would ask a pest controller.... Otherwise I reckon it would be ok as you might be moving in a few months?

I own it and we want to sell and buy a house.

I figured I'll clean the carpets and get the pest control guy back under the warranty period. ;)
