Free Doula for Teen Mum - Sydney

I posted this in the Doula section, but it was suggested that I post this here. :yes:

I am an experienced Doula with my training completed, but I'm currently studying and compiling research into the benefits and effects of having professional support in labour.

I am looking for a teen Mum-to-be in Sydney's east/north/south/inner west, under age 18 who has no other professional labour support. You may be due any time. There will be a absolutely no costs, and you will have access to pregnancy/labour/parenting resources and constant support.

Hey Im not from Sydney, but if there are any expectant teen mums down there just wanted to say this would be a fantastic opportunity!!

I myself have had the support of a doula throughout my pregnancy & they are worth there weight in gold!! Truely fantastic support, info at the drop of a hat and there for you whenever you need it!

:hugs: Grapebubblegum you are amazing to offer such a great support to a lucky young mum! I'd recommend a doula to all teen mums if it was ever possible!
