hiya girls, im getting married in June and wondering what excercise or workouts i can do so that i can loose weight safely, and quickly. Ill be 5.5 months for the wedding. under 2 months to go. i just wana loose a little, so my dress wont be AS tight..lol, and so i can at least tone up my arms as thats the main part of skin that will be seen. (its a strapless) HELP!

Lee, be very careful.
You really need to be eating healthily and of a varied diet and don't push yourself too much with the exercise. Perhaps you should talk to your obs/gp/midwife about this.
I'm sure you'll look beautiful on your wedding day anyway! All brides do, it's guaranteed you will!!:)

I agree with Kazza you should speak to a professional about this as you don't want to overdo it.

See what they think about some gentle yoga or something.

I know you want to look your best on the big day but that would mean healthy and rested so you feel your best.
