:smiliedance: :smiliedance: I just thought i would share my accidental yummiest meal ever,, i have a real thing for chicken stock at the moment so when i bought some lamb cutlets for dinner i bashed them out and usually just dip them in beaten egg , then breadcrumb. This time i added about 3-4 teaspoons of chicken stock to the egg mix , then crumbed them, and OMG, they were sooooo yummo,, it would work well with chicken nuggets or any other meat dish too,, try it, its so good.
