How soon after m/c did you start ttc?

I recently found out I had a early m/c.
As it was early I dont need a D&C like I did with my last m/c as I was 13 weeks and the placenta would not come out.
I feel ready to try again after I have AF.
How soon did you ttc after m/c?
Although I know I will worry with the next pregnancy I also have a good feeling everything will be ok and for some reason I feel I will have a baby may/june next year. I know it may seem weird but I had a really bad feeling things werent right with the baby I have just lost. Has anyone else felt like this?

I started TCC straight after AF turned up - 29 days after d&c. I was 10.5 weeks but bubs only 7.5 weeks. We missed the first month because didn't do the deed at the right time and I think my cycle was a little short. But second month - bingo!

My OB said to start after AF came back. I have much better feelings about this bub than the last one - I think I did know something was wrong although I had been falsely reassured by the dating scan which showed a healthy hb only to have my first OB appointment showing a blank screen. It was an awful experience and to some extent I don't think I will relax until after the 12 week scan this time...but I do feel better about this bub and am doing visualisation, imagining bubby snuggling away in there

Hi Jdsmummy...sorry to hear about your MC :hugs:
I miscarried earlier this year, quite early on so I didn't need a D&C either. I was overseas the following cycle, so we started the month after that. We are very eager to have a baby soon, so that is why we kept trying.

I had a m/c earlier this year. I waited until AF came back and then fell pregnant straight away.

I had a m/c late last October. Had a D&C. I waited until I had one AF, and fell pregnant again after the second month of trying. I'll be 29 weeks on Monday and everything is well this time round.

I M/C'd about 7 weeks ago and had a D&C straight after. AF returned just over 4 weeks later and we're TTC now.

It took 11wks for AF to come back after my D&C and we are straight back into TTC. My gyn said theres no medical reason for most people to wait but they often advise people to due to emotional reasons. So if you feel good about TTC again you should. I no alot of people who have conceived right after a miscarriage to carry a full term bub & all of them tell me its the best thing that could have happened. Im hoping next month I can be one of those people, hopefully you are too :D
