train from helensvale to brisbane

how much does it cost for an adult to get the train from helensvale to brisbane?

i had a look at transinfo sight....and why is it that it is more expensive to go from helensvale to the airport than it is to go from helensvale to brisbane city (roma street)...or vice versa the opposite trip...

All trips to the airport are more expensive. Cost me $12 from Wooloowin station the couple of times I had to do that. I'm not sure why they made it more but they have.

because the line from the city to the airport is privately owned by airport

its $8.40 each way from helensvale to brissy, or its $12.60 return

thats what it cost me the other week when I went up there

maybe they are trying to get more money out of tourists lol

its cheaper for me to drive to the airport, pay tolls, and parking, than what it is to catch the trian up there, stupid really
