i want to invest in some raw silk nappy liners for my dd as she tends to get bit of nappy rash when teething...and im sick of smothering her bum in creams and lotions to clear it up..and my carpet can only take so much nappy free time if you know what i mean.

i heard they work wonders..but because of the price i want to make sure they are worth the investment.

has anyone else had experience with them?

what is the best place to buy them...

everywhere i look seems to have a RRP of about $9 each.. so if anyone knows a cheaper place to get them, or the fabric to make my own could you plz let me know

thanks:)

I dont know where has them cheap but I will warn you that they need to be handwashed!

You can buy the silk and make them yourself but it has to be raw silk specifically not any other kind.

Maybe google raw silk and see what you find?

Places that sell bridal fabrics should have raw silk.

Try shops/dressmakers that manufacture bridal also, they'll probably have scraps that you might be able to purchase cheap.

Also try spotlight. I have seen it there in the past.

i found the cheapest ones were at nurture nappies.. 1/2 the price of everywhere else so i have ordered a bunch.

cant wait to see if they work and i can be rid of the creams and gels.

Please do let us know if you have a good experience with them clearing up rashes. I have also been tempted to invest but put off by the price and need for special care in washing. :)
