but i need some yummy side dishes to go with pork sausages any ideas would be gr8

I have sauteed cabbage (the red type looks good) onions, garlic, wedges of green apple and a pinch of nutmeg in butter and splash in some cider or wine vinegar, salt & pepper. YUM!!

Or you could do similar but with bacon instead of apple.
