I am just wondering how you know if you ovulate?

I have no idea.

A lot of women can feel it as a twinge or pain in their ovary on the ovulating side (for me it was always my right) and usually aren't aware of it until they start consciously waiting for it.

It helps to know basically when you are due to O, so fertility friend or other charting thing is good for that. A lot of women have no signs at all...

i'm in the same position as you and have no idea if i ovulate... last month i had what i thought where o pains but then AF was late and the o pains occured almost 4 weeks early so obviously they weren't o pains!

I've only been off the pill for 5 months so not sure how long it can take for some women to start again. This month i'm going to try a bit of everything... BBT, OPK's, maybe baby and CM. :fingerscrossed: they at least of those shows i'm ovulating then i'll chill a bit and hope that nature just does its own thing... good luck!
